I'm Rick Vermeersch and I live in Moerkerke-Damme, a cozy spot between Knokke-Heist, Maldegem and Bruges.
For myself and my two children I bought two homes in Spain:
First home: a ground-floor house near La Zenia, a large shopping centre near Torrevieja.
Second home: an apartment on the 7th floor, just 50 metres from the sea, in the charming town of La Mata.
Since we are not always there, I rent out the homes in between. On site, someone takes care of key handover and maintenance when we are not present.
